Utility that displays real-time information about active network connections and ports to detect and manage network activity.
CurrPorts is a freeware port viewer app and networking program, developed by Nir Sofer for Windows. It's pretty light on system resources.
The download has been tested by an editor here on a PC and a list of features has been compiled; see below. We've also created some screenshots of CurrPorts to illustrate the user interface and show the overall usage and features of this port viewing program.
Displays the list of all currently opened TCP/UDP ports on your computer
CurrPorts displays the list of all currently opened TCP/IP and UDP ports on your local computer. For each port in the list, information about the process that opened the port is also displayed, including the process name, version information, the user that created it, and more.
In addition, CurrPorts allows you to close unwanted TCP connections, kill the process that opened the ports, and save the TCP/UDP ports list to HTML file, and more.

What version of Windows can CurrPorts run on?
CurrPorts can be used on a computer running Windows 11 or Windows 10. Previous versions of the OS shouldn't be a problem with Windows 8 and Windows 7 having been tested. It runs on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems with no dedicated 64-bit download provided.
